Research on the Design of Government Affairs Center Service System

Service system optimization is an important part of the current government affairs center construction and development. Its purpose is to better serve the broad masses of people in handling various affairs, improve service quality, coordinate departmental cooperation, and improve work efficiency. Through on-site investigations to the government affairs center, it was found that there are differences in the number and speed of business processing between different departments. The real estate business is compared with the passport business processing window, the real estate business phenomenon and work logic description and the passport business process requirements and improved design are analyzed in detail, and the cooperation between coordination and mutual work is considered and explored. The final conclusion will be areas where government services citizens demand characteristics and the government center service system queues expand research design, optimization design services to complete the government center, government center study designed to explore in depth the system.
