Research on supply chain management problems and the solutions existing in 7-11 convenience stores based on the intelligent algorithm

With the development of the times, people realize that the competition of modern business is not only the competition among individual enterprises, but also the competition between supply chains. Therefore, there is an increasing number of academic and industry studies of the supply chain management which are becoming more and more in-depth. Owing to the fact that the convenience store industry pays special attention to turnover and inventory control, supply chain management is a very important management content in the convenience store industry. At the same time, the supply chain management of 711 convenience stores in China is analyzed by a case study, an interview investigation and so on. Finally, some solutions to the above problems are given, such as the utilization of the intelligent algorithm, unattended stores, agent cooperation and creating special convenience store. For 711 convenience stores, these solutions can not only improve supply chain management, but also help them reduce costs, increase profits and break through the difficulties brought by new retailing. At the same time, it can also provide a certain reference for the whole convenience store industry.
