Research about Energy Optimization Management of Large-scale Charging Piles for Virtual Power Plant

The construction of virtual power plants with large-scale charging piles is essential to promote the development of the electric vehicle industry. In particular, the integration of renewable energy and energy storage into the electric vehicle charging infrastructure will help achieve the dual-carbon goal. Therefore, for virtual power plants, this paper considers the photovoltaic power generation consumption rate and energy storage state of charge; and analyzes its system structure and energy characteristics, and proposes a greedy-particle swarm optimization algorithm to achieve large-scale charging piles multi-scenario energy optimization management; The calculation example analysis shows that this method can effectively realize the reasonable energy distribution of the virtual power plant, improve the overall power consumption characteristics of the park, and reduce the peak power consumption of the grid.
