Multitime-Scale Optimal Scheduling Strategy For Traction Load Based On Rolling Optimization

In order to improve the efficiency of daily operation of the traction power supply system and to complete the elimination of traction load peaks and the recovery of regenerative braking energy, a multi-time scale optimal scheduling strategy integrating day-ahead optimal scheduling and intra-day rolling correction is proposed. In the process of day-ahead optimal scheduling, the ideal load scheduling result in the current working day is obtained by taking into account the peak-shaving effect and the minimum system operation cost as the objective function. In the intra-day rolling correction process, a rolling forecast plus rolling correction method is proposed to minimize the deviation of intra-day operation from the day-ahead optimal scheduling. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed scheduling strategy is verified by studying the actual measurement data of a domestic line.
