Study on Characteristic Matching and Design of Semi-Direct Drive PMSM of Beam Pumping Unit Based on Indicator Diagram

In this paper, the actual operating condition of the pumping unit motor is analyzed. Through kinematics and dynamics analysis of the pumping unit, the mathematical relationship between the suspension load and the torque of the motor is obtained, and the torque-stroke curve of the motor is proposed. Combined with the torque-stroke curve, it provides a reference for the design of permanent magnet synchronous motor for pumping unit. Aiming at the problem of low working efficiency of motor in oil field at present, a semi-direct drive PMSM is designed, which has the characteristics of low speed and large torque. The finite element analysis of the motor is also carried out.
