Torque Ripple Suppression in Flux-Weakening Region of IPMSM Using LADRC

The interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) is easily affected by harmonic currents and measurement noise in the flux-weakening region, resulting in torque ripple. To study, according to the linear active disturbance rejection control (LADRC) theory, the ability of the disturbance rejection by the conventional LADRC method is analyzed. On this basis, a control method to suppress both high-frequency noise and harmonic current interference is studied. First, the total disturbance differential signal is introduced into the linear extended state observer (LESO), which enhances the ability to suppress disturbances at the system's input. Second, the fal function filter is inserted into the controller, which deals with the measurement noise. Third, the anti-interference ability of this method is discussed in the frequency domain and time domain and compared with the conventional control method. Finally, the simulation models are built, and the control algorithms are implemented using the dSPACE motor control platform. The simulation and experiment results show that the method has better anti-disturbance performance. This control method can reduce the torque ripple in the flux-weakening region.
