Study on the characteristics of ferrite spoke generator according to the number of slots and overhang

Recently, as the price of rare-earth permanent magnets has risen sharply, research on generators using non-rare-earth permanent magnets has been active. Therefore, it is necessary to study the structure of a better generator through the study of the characteristics according to the structure of a small permanent magnet generator using ferrite, a non-rare earth magnet. Therefore, in this paper, the characteristics according to the number of slots and overhangs of ferrite spoke generators were designed, analyzed, and compared through the finite element analysis method.
