Understanding Implementing and Combating Sniffing and ARP Spoofing

Ethical hacking and penetration testing if simply put; is hacking before an attacker does so. Hacking into a target machine enables one to discover the vulnerabilities that the device has. Thereby, pinning down the areas whose security needs an improvement. These testing tools are finding a robust implementation in IT firms and industries. This paper aims to provide an insight on how Packet Sniffers and ARP Spoofers work, can be created and leveraged for the purpose (above explained).
