Computer Simulation Research on Wear Property of HVAS Coating by Fuzzy Model

The Takagi-Sugeno (T_S) fuzzy identified model of a HVAS coating abrasion resistance is studied, and the HVAS coating’s technological parameters is simulated. The results shown that the identified T_S fuzzy model was highly precision, and its generalization ability was good; using this model, the influence of the process parameters on the HVAS coatings’ performance was analyzed. The coating deformation larger particle size with spray voltage increases, however, the hardness of the coating increases with the decrease of the oxide content due to the low porosity; The hardness of coating is proportional inversely to spraying distances, The effect of spraying distance on the porosity of the coating is inverse ratio; When the atmospheric pressure is 0.4 to 0.7MPa, it is conversely proportional to the porosity, and the hardness of the HVAS coating increases with the increase of atmospheric pressure.
