Research on real time monitoring system of alumina transportation based on factorytalk view

Alumina transportation system is the first key process of electrolytic aluminum production process. At present, there are some problems such as low automation of information collection and poor real-time information feedback for the whole system of equipment operation status monitoring. In this paper, a real-time monitoring system for alumina transportation is designed based on factorytalk view. Through this system, the staff can monitor the transportation process of alumina in real time, improve the level of digitization and informatization of electrolytic aluminum production process, and make the enterprise achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
