3D Scattering Center Extraction Based on ESPRIT Algorithm

In this paper, ESPRIT(Estimation of Signal Parameters via Rotational Invariance Techniques) algorithm is extended from one-dimension to three-dimension. We conduct extensive FEKO models analyzing algorithm, and compare with image by Fourier Transform in each dimension. Results show this algorithm has important advantages such as accuracy, robustness to noise, super-resolution. The proposed approach describes physically relevant characters of the object, and offer important features for SAR ATR(Synthetic Aperture Radar Auto Targets Recognition).
