Supply Chain Risk Management of Cartridge Emulsion (CE)

PT Dahana (Persero) is a state-owned enterprises (BUMN) that produces explosives, one of which is Cartridge Emulsion. In producing Cartridge Emulsion, Supply Chain Management (SCM) is required to manage the flow of raw materials and services, production processes, delivery processes, and supply chain flow. Problems that occur in supply chain management cause a supply chain to be vulnerable to risk. The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze risks and mitigation of Cartridge Emulsion supply chain risks and determine and analyze the priority categories of Cartridge Emulsion supply chain risk at PT Dahana (Persero). The results found that there are 18 potential risks and 15 risk mitigations that have gone well. Supply chain risks are categorized based on raw materials, suppliers, manufacturing, distribution, warehouses, and customers. The priority order of risk category with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is a customer with weight value 0.330, manufacturing with weight value 0.291, and supplier with weight value 0.131. Customer is the highest risk, so handling and supervision in the customer risk category should be prioritized.
