System Of Automatic Change Of Relay Protection Operation Parameters In Distribution Networks

Currently, wind power plants (wind turbines) are the most widespread of renewable energy - 10%, and solar power plants - 5% [1]. The integration of distributed generation objects into distribution networks leads to a complex of problems associated with the implementation of relay protection [2–7]. Thus, when integrating the RG into the electric power grid at the level of the distribution network, multi-sided feeding of the short-circuit point becomes possible, new, previously absent (due to the electrical remoteness of generating units from the damage site), emergency modes and electromechanical transients appear.
