Multi-objective Coordinated Operation of Source-Storage-Load for Residents Based on SPEA2

Photovoltaic and energy storage-based distributed generation (DG) system are gradually introduced to the residents, and since the rapid growth in the power capacity of smart home appliances, the resident load is increasing sharply, which increase the burden of the power system. To reduce the cost of electricity, enhance the power quality, and electricity consumption reliability, a multi-objective coordinated operation of source-storage-load model for residents is proposed in this paper. A multi-objective coordinated operation model is presented, and the whole model is based on the Strength of Pareto Evolutionary Algorithm 2. Besides, the classification of the loads is introduced, the resident load is divided into unscheduled load and schedulable load, according to the different ways of participating in scheduling, the schedulable load is divided into interruptible load and time shiftable load, as per the different flexibility of scheduling time, the time shiftable load is divided into arbitrary scheduling time load and fixed scheduling time load. According to the case study of a low voltage distribution network, the proposed method can achieve the reduction of the cost of electricity, correction of voltage deviation, and shortening the outage time at fault.
