Optimization Design of RF Power Amplifier Based on ANN

In order to achieve deep-optimized design for a class-F power amplifier, ANN technology is combined with the ADS to achieve the nonlinear modeling for the micro-stripe lengths and indexes. A multiple layer perceptron model with eight hidden neurons has been constructed. Finally, Matlab is used to calculate the extreme and finish the optimization.
