A Fast Processing Circuits with High Close Range Suppression Abilities for 35 GHz FMCW Detector Applications

This paper presents an analogy circuit for 35GHz frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar given range detection applications. It is mainly composed a four-stage high Q band pass filter and integral judgment circuit, used for fast processing the large dynamic range FMCW signal and suppression close range. The test results show that the detector equipped with signal processing circuit can detect the distance of a metal target of 15cm * 15cm, and the detection distance can be set freely within the range of 1-15 meters.
