Integrated Simulation Technology of RF Circuit Based on EDA Software

A method of integrated simulation technology of RF circuit based on ADS and CST is proposed in this paper. The simulation combines with the components, PCB layout, cavity structure and many other factors those affect the performance of the equipment together. Through parametric modeling and co-simulation, the linear and nonlinear indicators of the RF circuit are accurately analyzed. An X-band receiver is taken as a design example. The measured results agree well with the integrated simulation.
