Efficient Management System of Construction Engineering Industry Based on ERP

ERP is a widely used operation management system for construction enterprises. It is guided by modern enterprise operation thought and combines the actual construction of engineering projects to carry out system construction. At the same time, it provides information services for operation and management personnel. Aiming at the management problems currently faced by engineering companies, this paper has developed a set of ERP efficient management systems for the engineering construction industry. And conducting performance tests by professional testing tools, the test results show that the overall response time of the system is good. Through the deployment of the system, it is possible to effectively implement strict supervision of safety and quality, and provide scientific and effective management methods for the implementation of on-site management.
