The Use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in the Tasks of Monitoring the Consequences of Techno-Ecological Events

Some questions of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in the tasks of monitoring the consequences of techno-ecological events was considered. The proposed technology is aimed at improving the accuracy of recognition of infrastructure objects while obtaining numerical values of their three-dimensional coordinates. The peculiarity of the approach is that the solution of this problem takes place simultaneously in two directions. The first direction: the technical result is provided by the fact that the technology offers the use of a UAV, which is equipped with two video cameras. The second direction is to use the scientific idea, which is to develop a method of joint computer processing of digital and analog images obtained from UAVs and quasi-simultaneous and multi-time multi-zone space images.
