Comprehensive Evaluation Method for Importance of Pre Task Review of Key Equipment Using the Index Weight Calculation Model Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

Before the implementation of the task, reviewing the status of key facilities and equipment is an important activity to reduce the risk of failure and ensure the success of the task. If the number of equipment participating in the task is large and the review time is limited, the review personnel need to carry out the review work with focus and purpose according to the actual situation of the task. According to the actual needs of reexamination work of reexamination staff, this paper puts forward the comprehensive evaluation index system of equipment quality before task, defines the specific meaning and calculation method of each index, constructs the index weight calculation model based on analytic hierarchy process, calculates the index weight, and gives an application example. This work provides a reference for equipment quality evaluation ranking before task and reexamination personnel to determine reexamination focus.
