Ultra-Wideband Silicon Photonic BiCMOS Coherent Receiver for O- and C-Band

In this work, we present a dual window silicon photonic coherent receiver for O- and C-band, fabricated in a 0.25 µm BiCMOS technology. Performance is evaluated for up to 50 GBd, while utilizing a local oscillator power of up to 6.9 dBm.
