The Utilization of Big Data Analytics on Food Delivery Platforms in Taiwan: Taking Uber Eats and Foodpanda as an Example

By taking the advantage of Internet development, e-commerce has become more comprehensive and convenient. In 2020, COVID-19 gradually spread globally, and it has caused an unprecedented blow to the catering industries. Nowadays, technologies have changed people's lives. As a result, more and more people prefer to choose food delivery service for their takeout meals. Therefore, Uber Eats and Foodpanda have gained new development opportunities. In this research, big data analytics was utilized to analyze the current online sentiment of Uber Eats and Foodpanda in Taiwan.
