Electrical and Stepless Car Door Check Arm Design and PID Control

Freely opening doors has always been a problem in the automotive industry. Tension arm mechanisms have been developed as a solution to this problem. Although the tension lever mechanisms are in different types, the most commonly used mechanism is the stepped tensioner mechanism. Stepped tension lever mechanisms are preferred because of their inexpensive and easy design. Although the stepped tension lever mechanisms are used frequently, they have security and comfort problems. Due to these problems, stepless tension lever mechanisms have been developed. In this study, a stepless tensioner arm mechanism was designed. Mathematical models belonging to the study were extracted and analyzes of these models were made in MATLAB program, which is one of the numerical analysis programs, and simulations were made in SIMULINK program. The results and calculations obtained were compared and presented in the study.
