Surface plasmon propagation of fluorescence from quantum dots through a crystalline silver nanowire

We experimentally demonstrated the surface plasmon propagation of crystalline silver nanowire excited by fluorescence of quantum dots. The scattered light origin from SPR was observed at one end of nanowire when the linear-polarized excitation light was focused onto another end.
