Transient transition analysis model for production system

In order to master the working state of the production system in time and improve the comprehensive performance of the production process, the production process of the serial production system with re-entrant link is prone to jam. Inspired by Bernoulli theory, a system performance prediction model based on instantaneous state probability is established. Firstly, according to the diversity of processing tasks and manufacture crafts reliability, the state expression function and reliability model of operator-based combined workstations are defined. Secondly, the state of the working position and buffer are defined and calculation of the production system is carried out. Finally, the simulation results prove that the model is feasible and can provide theoretical support for the efficient operation of the actual production system.
