Performance Evaluation and Impact Analysis of Green Technology-Based Organizations

With the increasing sensitization on environmentalism, industrial development has led to espousing ecological measures, green projects, and policies to accelerate the urgent need for sustainability, conserve natural assets, at the same time, obviating environmental deterioration. The 21st-century corporate cycle acknowledges Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) as an instrument that could transform the existing challenges into a possible safeguard for future generations. However, this research paper aims to understand the influence of sustainable management in organizations and study the potential factors affecting green workforce performance. The literature review is based on secondary data analysis wherein the results highly suggest green training as the most effective practice under GHRM. On the other hand, stern ministerial support and the firm's green policies displayed; improved outcomes on staff's ecological orientation. The present review provides an insight into how GHRM focuses on different aspects of our natural surroundings, thus, enabling businesses to educate and support environmental-friendly services and products, likewise, promoting awareness amongst employees.
