Research on the design of smart cosmetic based on user experience

This paper proposes a definition of smart cosmetics, addresses the shortcomings of traditional cosmetics in terms of functions and forms, and analyses the consumer stimuli of the products. We used the KANO model to summarize users’ needs and translate functions to explore a feasible way to integrate smart technology into cosmetics, and to verify the feasibility of combining user experience and smart technology through design practice.
