Smart Storage fuel tanks in the urban areas: Live monitoring and auto-safeguarding

Nowadays, the petrol bunks are facing severe problems about when it will get burst because of sudden external conditions. Due to these conditions, the society and management of petrol bunks are getting loss of lives as well as damage of both private and public properties. The traditional approach in this case is not saving the environment and is time consuming process. The consequences are economic loss, insurance refunding would take time, and recovering from it consumes time. These losses are prevented if automatic observation and safeguarding is provided. Hence, IoT technology is used that would protect the petrol tank with a virtual vessel in case of dangerous events. There were certain cut-off values when components in the atmosphere exceed such values, would cause the danger. Such cut-off values are analyzed and atmospheric component values exceed, the installed IoT technology for the fuel tank will automatically activate for security. The virtual vessel has certain features such as shielding and internet-enabled will avoid major troubling events that rise suddenly in the environment. The proposed approach would lock the virtual vessel around the tank. The monitoring of the storage fuel tanks are customized when necessary as considered as future scope depending on changes in the surroundings. This approach will alert the authorized user and also allows unlocking after the environment comes to the normal level.
