Control of the Process of Functioning of Systems of Continuous Monitoring of Energy Networks in Conditions of External Influences

The article proposes a solution to the problem of controlling the process of functioning of structural-dynamic systems of continuous monitoring of energy networks under the influence of external destabilizing factors leading to a change in the configuration of the system. The proposed solution is based on the methods of graph theory and discrete optimization, on the basis of which the problem of constructing an optimal matching object-information tool and the problem of optimal information delivery in order to maximize the spatial-probabilistic-temporal characteristics of the system are solved. The concept of the radius of stability of the realized optimal solution was used, which made it possible to determine the upper limit of permissible changes in the spatial-probabilistic-temporal characteristics of the system, at which it performs the assigned tasks in the required volume. An analytical expression for the radius of stability is proposed, which made it possible to assess the stability of the optimal version of the configuration of the structural-dynamic system of continuous monitoring of energy networks to changes in its characteristics as a result of the actions of destabilizing factors. This solution allows evaluating changes in the system configuration in order to ensure the required values of the spatial-probabilistic-temporal characteristics.
