Research on Active Power Command Allocation of the Wind Farm Considering Multiple Uncertainties

As the proportion of wind power in the total power generation continues to increase, the problem of wind farm command allocation has become more severe, and the limited power has provided conditions for wind farms to participate in secondary frequency regulation. There are many uncertainties in wind farms. On the one hand, the operating conditions of wind farms are different, including the initial wind speed conditions and the ratio of output power to turbine ability. On the other hand, the operating conditions of wind farms are complex, which often face communication delays, wind speed fluctuations, and faults such as unit failure. Aiming at the above problem, this article analyzes the realization and improvement of the traditional power allocation strategy at first. And then, the multi-round allocation strategy is proposed based on the increment of the control period within a single dispatch period. Finally, combined with the simulation, it is verified that under the influence of uncertain factors caused by the equipment operation process, the multi-round allocation strategy can improve the active power regulation capability of wind farms.
