The Holographic Reconstruction Algorithm Suitable For Real-time Monitoring Of Biological Cells

This paper proposes a holographic reconstruction algorithm suitable for real-time monitoring of biological cells. The biological cells are cultured through a microfluidic chip, and images are collected with a lensless imaging system. The holographic reconstruction of the diffraction image collected by the lensless imaging system is carried out through the angular spectrum reconstruction algorithm, the autofocus algorithm and the phase iterative algorithm. The experimental results show that the peak signal-to-noise ratio and information entropy of the image after phase iteration are improved by 10.61% and 34.41% compared with the traditional algorithm, which achieves more accurate and fast hologram reconstruction.
