Research on Application of Antenna Measurement Information in Satellite Attitude Determination

Mining satellite attitude information from satelliteborne antenna measurement information. The measurement principle is analyzed and the antenna attitude measurement model is established, of which the error sources are analyzed and the treatment method is given. The calculation formula of measurement model precision is derived. The advantages and application constraints of the model are described. The antenna measurement model is applied to satellite attitude de-termination system using Kalman filter. The simulation results indicates that the antenna measurement model can be used as an all-weather attitude sensor for independent attitude determination to fulfill the high precision determination of satellite attitude.
