Data Analysis of Bolt Length Detection Based on Ultrasonic Reflection Method

Aiming at the problems of weak peaks, false peaks and peak position offsets in the echo data processing of ultrasonic detection, a data analysis method for identifying effective wave peaks is proposed in this paper. The recognition of the wave peak position is realized by processing the echo data through debounce symmetry processing, smoothing processing, normalized first-order difference processing, trend optimization, normalized second-order difference processing, weak peak removal and offset correction. The results show that this method can solve the problem of fuzzy wave peak position in the process of bolt length nondestructive testing, and has a relatively ideal identification effect, which has a certain reference significance for analyzing and applying the echo data.
