Modeling and Dynamic Matrix Control of Solid-state Electric Heat Storage System With Time Delay

Solid electric heat storage device of energy storage equipment is to use the abandoned wind energy in the trough period to store the heat energy, which plays an important role in the peak regulation of power grid.Aiming at the problem that the heating water temperature fluctuates too much due to the large lag, large overshoot and long time oscillation in the traditional PID heating control system, which can not meet the heating demand, this paper proposes a modeling and dynamic matrix control design of solid-state electric heat storage time delay system based on parameter identification.First solid electric heat storage device is introduced, considering the circular air flow is directly affect the heating water temperature factors, thus circulation heating water temperature and wind data as the parameter identification of input and output system, identify the parameters of the model is obtained by least square method, and designed a solid electric regenerative cycle air - water temperature dynamic matrix control strategy. The results show that the dynamic matrix algorithm has the advantages of smaller overshoot, stronger anti-interference ability, better effect and better dynamic performance for the control system of air volume and water temperature of electric heat storage cycle.
