A K-Band Active Up/Down Bidirectional Mixer in 130-nm CMOS

An active bidirectional mixer performing the up/down conversion has been proposed at K band with a 130-nm CMOS in this paper. With 2-dBm local oscillator drives, the mixer achieves the conversion gain, noise figure, and output P
