Scanning Photosensitive Digital Sensor for the Study of Light Fields

the paper describes in detail and presents the test results of a compact measuring complex based on the AVR microcontroller, which allows to study the spatial distribution of the luminous flux (light field) with high resolution in the visible and infrared (IR) ranges. To increase the signal-to-noise ratio, it is proposed to use a digital optical sensor and a threshold averaging algorithm for the luminous flux. Unlike traditional methods for measuring the light field, the developed setup does not use a CCD matrix, which made it possible to significantly reduce the cost of components. The determination of unknown parameters in a given a priori functional dependence is performed using the Levenberg - Marquardt (LMA) algorithm.
