Buckling of Joined Functionally Graded Carbon Nanotubes Reinforced Thin-Walled Structure

The technique for buckling analysis of a joined nanocomposite functional gradient preloaded shell structure is described. Ritz technique is used as a foundation of the technique with a high-order shear deformation theory. A spherical-cylindrical-spherical nanocomposite shell buckling is analyzed under different conditions. The obtained buckling loads are compared with the results of finite element calculations. The suggested technique avoids main disadvantages of a finite element analysis. The accurate and quick numeric software for thin-walled structures analysis is obtained.
