Optical Path design of a high coupling efficiency DFB laser package based on collimator

In this article, we present a high coupling efficiency package structure for DFB lasers based on the single lens-collimator coupling structure, with which the theoretical coupling efficiency can be improved to 88%. Then we build an optical coupling system based on the tolerance analysis for the optical path, and the actual test results show coupling efficiency higher than 75%, which verify the rationality and reliability of this coupling structure.
