Study on Single-Terminal Transmission Visibility Meter based on reflector

In this study, a single-terminal transmission visibility meter is set up by the reflector. This single-terminal transmission visibility meter can reduce the difficulty of installation and commissioning while ensure the accuracy of detection. In this system, two-stage beam expansion is used to obtain better laser collimation, thus, the optical length can reach at 1 km. The lock-in amplifier is used in signal processing to improve the measurement accuracy. The accuracy of the system measurement results is ensured by the calibrated neutral density filters and optical power meters. Good consistency is shown in the calibration. The experimental results show that the design scheme of the single-terminal transmission visibility meter based on reflector is feasible.
