Probabilistically Shaped PAM-8 for Few Mode IM/DD Links with a Training Sequence Aided CMA

We experimentally demonstrated the PS-PAM-8 performance in few mode fiber with a Training Sequence Aided CMA algorithm. The results show that the proposed TA-CMA can achieve a~ 1dB gain for receiver sensitivity.
