The Research for the Verification Mechanism of the Medium and Long-term Electricity Transactions Based on Operation Flow and Data Chain

After China started a new round of power system reform, the medium and long-term electricity transaction has been steadily promoted in all provinces and made positive progress. Based on the operation flow and transaction data chain of the medium and long-term electricity transactions, this paper proposes a whole life cycle verification scheme and system of the medium and long-term electricity transactions for Monitoring and verification for the medium and long term transactions with comprehensive consideration of Yunnan electricity market transaction access, transaction declaration, security check and transaction clearing rules.Firstly, it is to establish a monitoring system to control, remind and correct all aspects of the power medium and long-term transaction business process.At the same time, with the help of transaction calendar, it can realize automatic control and real-time process display for each link of transaction organization, effectively reduce transaction organization errors and avoid missing transaction time.
