Bi-level Multi-objective Optimal Dispatch Strategy of Power System considering User Satisfaction

Demand response is an important method for peak load shifting and system economy improving in power system. Small and medium-sized loads need to be integrated and managed reasonably to participate in demand response. Load aggregators can integrate small and medium-sized load side resources on load side to participate in demand response. In order to coordinate the interests of power grid dispatching center, load aggregator and users, based on the participation of load aggregator, this paper establishes a bi-level multi-objective optimal dispatching model considering user satisfaction. The upper level takes the lowest comprehensive dispatching cost of the power grid dispatching center as the optimization goal. At the lower level, air conditioner and electric vehicle users can participate in the demand response by signing a reduction contract with the load aggregator. The optimization goal of the lower level is the lowest dispatching cost of the load aggregator and the highest satisfaction of the users. Considering that the lower level model is a multi-objective optimization, NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the problem, and then the optimal compromise solution is obtained by fuzzy theory. Through the analysis of an example, the results show that the model can reduce the comprehensive cost of the system, take into account the interests of all parties, improve the satisfaction of users participating in demand response, and increase the peak shaving ability of the system.
