I. INTRODUCTION
Increasing prevalence of Alzheimer's disease (AD) in ageing populations has led to a growing need for modernizing the current practice of psychosocial interventions to ensure its effectiveness and sustainable delivery. Alzheimer's is an incurable, degenerative disease, which has affected the lives of many elderly adults. It is the top most type of dementia, representing a range of 50 to 70 percent of dementia [2]. In developed countries, Dementia is the fourth most common reason for death. Cognitive impairment is the disability; dementia patient suffers and may have problem when the caregiver is not available at home. The care giving member will return to the patient’s home not having any idea about the status or the history of the activities of patient. There is a way to keep an eye on their closed one is in proper state or not throughout the day, status of body temperature and heart rate, and is not in an agitated state, provides relief.
