Exploring the Intention to Use Electronic Banking in Vietnam by an Integrated Model

This research integrates various technology adoption theories including IDT, TAM, IRT, and diverse specific features to restructure a set of decisive factors to explore customers' attitude toward and intention on using e-banking in Vietnam. According to the results of questionnaire survey, trust on e-banking system is no longer a key factors. On the otrary, communicability plays a distinguished role. It is suggested that a clear and understandable interactive e-banking system is the decisive factors for the success of e-banking. The e-banking industry have to pay more attention to design the interaction interface of e-banking system to meet the requirement of consumers.
