Research on Optimization of Purchase Management of Fresh Agricultural Products E-Commerce Supply Chain

Based on the e-commerce background of fresh agricultural products and the theory of supply chain procurement management, this paper builds the optimization model and evaluation system of fresh agricultural e-commerce supply chain procurement by the analysis of the existing problems in the procurement management of fresh agricultural products e-commerce supply chain and Case study of self-operated fresh produce in Yihaodian, Finally this paper optimizes the model of fresh agricultural e-commerce supply chain procurement management of Yihaodian by using cross-analysis, JIT procurement management, TOPSIS analysis method and balanced scorecard model.
