controller design for networked control systems (NCSs) with network- induced delay and packet dropout compensation. By introducing the dual communication channels data-backup-based compensation method, a new closed-loop model for continuous-time NCSs, which can receive no less than one control input during a control input updating time interval and select the required input signal according to the priority, is established.
