Information and Methodological Support for Assessment of the Attractiveness of Land Assets of Ukraine

Information and methodological support for an objective assessment of the attractiveness of land assets in Ukraine is a necessary condition for the launch of the land market in July 2021. This provision is necessary for investment and management decisions to harmonize the interests of the Ukrainian people and investors. The study compares the indicators of the retrospective analysis of the valuation of Ukrainian land assets in recent years of the land market with the proposed prices today. At the same time, the study of the possibilities of applying the method of standardization of indicators for the analysis of investment attractiveness of land assets of the regions of Ukraine was continued.
