Intelligent Module of Information Processing for the Applied Software System to Provide Administrative Services

The article is devoted to the issue of functioning efficiency improvement of the information system of administrative services center through implementation of mathematical tools and software of an intelligent information processing module. Scientific novelty of the work is the architecture of applied software system for administrative services centers of municipality level. The software system contains the intelligent module for information processing while providing services.
