The Numerical Analysis of Electromechanical Characteristics of Twin-Screw Electromechanical Hydrolyzer

A finite element model of a twin-screw electromechanical hydrolyser for energy-efficient processing poultry by-products has been developed in this work. The mathematical model is built taken into account the screw-rotor geometry of electromechanical hydrolyser. The distribution of magnetic induction and electromagnetic stress tensor on the surface of the ferromagnetic rotor is determined. By slow value of the angular velocity, the required values of the electromagnetic moment and influence of magnetic field on keratin materials are formed what provides an opportunity to maintain an efficient process.
