Fuzzy Information Aggregation for the Assessment of Socio-Economic Processes in Regions of Ukraine

The method of fuzzy information aggregation used to assess the development level of socio-economic processes in the regions of Ukraine is discussed in the article. The LOWA operator was used for evaluation, which performed the aggregation of weighted information in a linguistic framework. This approach makes it possible to consider quantitative and qualitative indicators, incomplete and inaccurate information, expert assessments, etc. The article shows the calculations for the regions of Ukraine for 2013-2019 and determines the level of their development. The obtained results allow us to identify differences between the development of the regions' socio-economic processes and contribute to the timely and effective adjustment of their development.
